Photography Services
Due to the custom nature of photography services, our return policy differs from typical product returns:
- Photography services are considered rendered once the session is completed
- Digital images cannot be "returned" once delivered
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances
- We are committed to working with clients to address any concerns
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority:
- We will work with you to ensure you are happy with the final images
- Minor retouching adjustments are included at no additional charge
- If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will discuss options to address your concerns, which may include additional edits or partial refunds
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- If we cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances
- If technical issues result in unusable images due to our error
- If the service was not delivered as agreed in the booking contract
- If you cancel within the timeframe specified in our Terms of Use
Refunds are not provided for:
- Client dissatisfaction with their personal appearance in photos
- Changes in personal circumstances after the session
- Subjective preferences regarding artistic style after delivery
- Late cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session
Physical Products
For physical products such as prints, albums, or framed photographs:
- Items damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge
- Returns due to printing errors or defects are accepted within 14 days of receipt
- Custom products may not be returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part
- Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product
Revision Requests
We offer revision options for delivered images:
- Minor adjustments (brightness, contrast, cropping) are included
- One round of revisions is typically included in the service price
- Additional extensive editing may incur extra fees
- Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- We will discuss feasibility and any additional costs before proceeding
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing fees may not be refundable
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
